- FULLY ANNEALED STRANDED BARE COPPER: 16 AWG fully annealed stranded bare copper conductors per ASTM B-174. 3 Insulated conductors ( black, green, white) are cabled with fillers as necessary to make round, a separator is applied over the assembly. Outside Cable Diameter 8.38mm / 0.330 inches. The overall jacket of this cable is a black, oil-resistant thermoset compound per UL 62
