The ERM1602SYG01-6 is a 16-character, 2-row LCD module featuring a Russian (Cyrillic) alphabet generator ROM, an SPLC780C controller (compatible with HD44780), and a 6800 4/8-bit parallel interface. It includes a single LED backlight in yellow green, adjustable with a resistor or PWM, and offers a wide operating temperature range. The module is RoHS compliant and supports English and Russian (Cyrillic) text. It's optionally connectable via pin header, supports 5V or 3.3V power supply, and is compatible with an I2C adapter board for Arduino.
