How do I begin ? 1942 WWII. General Eisenhower planned Operation Torch ( allied invasion of North Africa ) and Operation Husky ( invasion of Sicily ) was orchestrated by Gen. George S Patton. Both campaigns resulted in resounding defeats for the Axis powers.
The plan was, if the Germans beat us, the captured yellow seals could become traceable. Thus, the soldiers were paid with Yellow Seals.
