This artwork print is titled "Magic on Wheels." It was created by Real Musgrave, known for his Pocket Dragons, in 1989. The design was later used for the 1992 Houston Moonlight Bicycle Ramble. The design features a character resembling Santa Claus with a small dragon on his back, riding a bicycle. He is actually a Wizard as the note on the back explains.
Framed with matte it measures approximately 11.5 x 9.5 and is in very good condition except for a ding in the frame in the upper left (shown in photos). It has non-glare glass. An extremely rare early piece! Please see all photos. Let me know if you have any questions
