Bright and bold floral early 60s dress by Jane Andre for Joseph Magnin. The print is amazing, big and colourful, in shades of cream, green and blue. Bodice has a lovely sculpted cut with diagonal seams from the underbust which crosses over the waistline. Small bust darts for fullness to the bustline. Wide square neck and short sleeves. The waist is nipped in and the skirt has a sweet full fit. Dress has a sewn in lining and fastens with a back nylon zipper. I'm not sure of the fabric content, it has a satin sheen finish. Very elegant.
Dress is pictured with a half petticoat.
