A 60s Burton Reefer Jacket
This is a classic peacoat, but in the UK it's called a reefer.
This is a high-quality piece with a vintage label from Montague Burton, a long-established tailor brand.
It features a thick, densely woven wool fabric with a unique short pile, a blend of angora (refer to the photo for the fuzzy texture).
It has a wide and boxy silhouette with ample shoulder and chest room, similar to the designs released by LEMAIRE this season, making it simple yet impactful.
It has two side pockets and a double vent.
The upper part of the lining has fine and meticulous stitching (likely viscose rayon), while the lower part has a checkered wool lining.
