the material is soft but is sort of a jersey-like feel. short was purchased second hand but it’s in great condition and seems to only have been worn a few times. may have a few small marks but there are no major stains or anything from what i can tell. shirt has been washed but please expect a bit of cat hair on it as i have 2 cats! perfect for a harajuku look, like decora or fairy kei. has printing on the back and front.
