ALLEVYN LIFE is indicated for low to high exuding wounds such as pressure ulcers leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, donor sites, skin tears and fungating ulcers. The multi-layered construction of ALLEVYN LIFE incorporates a breathable film layer, a masking layer to minimize visual impact of strike-through, a hyper-absorbent layer with a lock-away core, a hydrocellular foam layer and a gentle, adhesive silicone wound-contact layer to conform securely to the body and is suitable for use on fragile skin.
