Amerex® 1.4 Pound Halotron I Fire Extinguisher with vehicle bracket operates effectively at the temperature range of -40 to 120 deg F. Extinguisher featuring all metal valve construction has aluminum valve. Dependable drawn steel cylinder extinguisher measuring 10" X 3 1/2" X 2.63" has stored pressure design. Fire extinguisher with large loop pull pin features long lasting high gloss polyester powder paint. It has a discharge range of 6 - 8' and discharge time of 9 sec. It offers maximum visibility during discharge and will not leave any residue. It is thermal or static shockproof and does not conduct electricity back to the operator. Halotron I clean fire-extinguishing agent will discharge as a rapidly evaporating liquid without leaving residue. It cools and smothers class A and B fires effectively. It is pressurized with argon gas and is an EPA/FAA approved agent that can be used on class A, B and C fires. It offers a low GWP of 0.04 - 0.24 and low ODP of 0.014. Extinguisher is perfect for general office areas, computer rooms, control rooms, clean rooms, warehouses, telecommunication facilities, military electronics, laboratories. Extinguisher comes with bar coded and bi-lingual labels and has short atmospheric lifetime. It is manufactured and tested to ANSI/UL standards, ISO-9001:2000/ISO-14002:2004 certified, UL listed and USCG approved.
