This beautiful table topper is from sometime around the 1900's to 1920's. Heavily embroidered in a bright gold on a dark green backing. The backing feels like linen or heavy cotton. It is pictured on a 3' X 3" table. It measures 25" X 25" not including the fringe. The fringe is approx. 7". All hand sewn. The last photo shows the back side. The green backing looks a little lighter in some of the photos. The embroidery is in almost excellent condition. On close inspection there are a few frayed threads and a small damage spot on the hem. The fringe shows wear. It is frayed and there are 3 spots where it's broken or torn. Truly a special piece for a special spot in your home. I ship same or next business day.
