Absolutely beautiful pin , lovely hand painted victorian portrait pin with gold gilding. I took this to the local jewelry antique dealer they told me it was gold filled. It has beautiful vibrant color. It is in good condition minimal wear considering the age. I could not find any markings on it , the style reminds me of Limoges jewelry ,but I do not know the maker. I believe it may be French but not positive. It Measures approximately 3/4 inch. Please take a look at the photos I have nice close-ups so you can see the beautiful unique detail and condition
