Boots appear to be in good condition except for a 1/2 inch open seam on the back of the boot needs to be repaired by a shoe hospital/ boot repairer ( I have spoken to the shoe hospital here locally in Houston, but to repair it would run me $30-40, I just don't have the time so I am listing for cheaper than what I would've if I fixed it myself) - please view all photos - there are two photos that show the damage one has a ruler next to it to shows the size of the flaw. The other one is just up close.
