Authentic Genuine Ancient Eastern Roman Empire ( Byzantine) Large Bronze Follis Coin with Jesus Christ Portrait. The coin minted in Constantinople, circa 1078-1081 AD (900+ years ago!) under authority of the Emperor Nicephorus III.
Coin's obverse: Jesus Christ's bust facing, raising right hand in benediction, gospels in left hand. Coin's reverse: Latin cross with X at center, floral ornaments in lower fields; crescents in upper fields. Reference: Bronze Anonymous Follis Class I; SBCV 1889.
