This is a small plant grown from a cutting. This requires high humidity and must be kept in a terrarium or grow cabinet. Very iridescent spotted leaves are red when they emerge and fade to green (stay red on the underside). The very last picture shows my parent plant (NFS). There may be browning of the leaves, or leaves dropped after shipping as these are sensitive to changes in humidity; this is normal for these and as long as the crown of the plant is okay, it will put out new leaves once it acclimates to the new enclosure.
