The Benchmark Scientific BT30 Orbi-Blotter low speed orbital shaker uses 115V at speeds between 3 to 70rpm, and has a speed control knob for continuous operation, an orbital motion range of 19mm (0.75"), a large platform with non-slip rubber mat, and a maintenance-free brushless motor. This shaker features a gentle orbital motion with speed control from 3rpm for low-speed applications such as blotting, washing, and staining/destaining. The 14 x 12 inches (W x D) platform has a flat, non-slip rubber mat for holding trays, dishes, plates, and other flat-bottomed vessels. (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) An optional stacking platform (sold separately) increases the work surface. The durable, brushless motor is capable of loads up to 4kg and is safe for use in cold rooms and incubators.
