Insanely cute Crushed Velvet jacket, two lil front pockets for like gum and a lighter. Sleeve buttons are decorative. There are shoulder pads because...80s. I get Prince or Rhythm Nation vibes from this. 17" pit to pit. 14.5" shoulder to shoulder. 14 3/4" waist....I measured with it buttoned between the two buttons, so very high waist. This is a Petite size so def for a smaller frame!
