A gently used black canvas case with a lock, velvet interior, and hygrometer (humidity measurer). The case holds two bows, has space for a shoulder rest, a wide compartment for rosin and/or strings, and a soft block that protects the top of the chin rest from bumping and scuffing inside. The bow holders are lined with ribbon to longer sustain bowhairs. Though it shows no wear, I’ve dropped the case on different occasions and my violin has remained not only unmarked, but in tune.
