This is an open box, like new printer. This item is tested for power, print quality and wireless connection. It comes with original packaging and fast shipping. We sell brand new and gently used products, ensuring our customers receive a fully functional product. This unit has been tested via visual inspection for damages, ability to power on, direct connection to PC via cable, connection via wireless network. We further tested the unit for printing ability/quality, with each unit's test prints being included in the box. The liquid ink is already in the ink cartridges and the unit will be shipped this way. You will need to follow Canon's instructions for wireless setup, otherwise the unit can connect via USB to any compatible device. More instructions provided in the product's startup guide.
