This is a brand-new lamp that replaces the STERILIGHT S410RL-HO (High Output) and others, while retaining 100% compatibility with the OEM lamp selling at a much higher price, but not made by Sterilight. The lamp has a special multi-step 4 pin base, designed specifically for water purification systems by Sterilight and Viqua. It measures about 508mm (about 20 inches), excluding the four pins on the end of the lamp. Its peak output is at 254nm (UV-C).
