The figure has a machined hole in the center of the base that makes me think that the figurine is either missing a base or that it was a topper of some sort.
There is another smaller hole near the rear of the left foot, and there is something missing from the upheld left arm so I believe that the figurine was originally holding something that went all the way down to the base (flagpole, spear?).
There is no maker mark that I could find.
The figurine has some weight to it (it weighs about 8oz) so I assume it is made of brass, spelter, or lead.
