only displayed for two seasons. in good condition. ford sign's right side pedestal is unglued (got it like that, not a big big deal for me) which can be reglued. there are parts of the building that has thin hairline cracks ( upper roof side and at the back) please see pictures for the better description of the item.
in great condition, ford motor sign, one of the post unattached, bought it like that so im not sure if its intentional or you could glue it if you want. i will upload more photos of the item soon.
