Marvel treated this first ever King-Size Annual for Dr. Strange very seriously. They brought in P. Craig Russell. He did the writing, pencils and inking of this entire over-size issue. He also provided the cover art. Russell was both a highly regarded comic (largely horror) artist and eventually graphic novel and book cover artist. He collaborated frequently with Neil Gaiman. Interesting fact about P. Craig Russell and this comic: Marvel had Russell completely redo the book 20 years after it's publication. He re-wrote the story and redid the artwork. This (the original) isa beautiful book preserved beautifully. It's somewhere in the 7.5 to 8.0 range--maybe higher. You MUST review the pictures and decide for yourself what the appropriate rating is. My rating is subjective and may understandably be biased. In any case, I'll send it to the lucky buyer perfectly protected with a board and bag. Feel free to make reasonable, serious offers.
