***PLEASE READ***
Printer works 100% perfectly but the label release lever broke off. The label release lever relieves tension on the label so you can straighten the labels if necessary. It is rarely used though. It still works you just have to use a small flathead screwdriver to pull the non broken part of the lever back if you need to straighten a label. I will include a small flathead screwdriver with the purchase. Price reflects the broken part.
