Loadable/fillable kettlebell shell. Weighs approximately 3 lbs with the cup of fine sand that is still in it. This can be loaded through the removeable rubber plug in the bottom with any granular material (rice, lentils, sand, gravel, steel shot, etc.) you want to use. Weight can be adjusted in micro increments depending on the quantity and density of the filler. I would ESTIMATE that filling this with something like steel shot could get the weight up to between 25 to 30 lbs. The shell is heavy plastic construction and should stand up to anything other than being dropped on a hard surface. Shipping it to you empty like this also saves on the shipping price.
