Attention: Please be sure the size selected will work on your machine. Measure your bed, do not rely on build volume and see if you are happy with the size before ordering. When you received the build plate system, please follow the below tips: 1. Please remove the protect film which stick on the PEI surface, before you printing. 2. Remove the Sticker Base's adhesive then stick on your hot bed. 3. The steel spring plate have only one side which have pre-sticked PEI. 4. The steel spring plate another side which no PEI can directly touch the sticker Base. During Printing, please kindly Tips: 1. Adjust distance between the nozzle and PEI plate, make sure the right leveling height, don't let the nozzle scratch the PEI which will ruin the PEI surface. 2. After the printing is done, let the printed model and the whold steel spring plate cooling about seveal minutes, on the hotbed, if don't, maybe lead the part of the sheet ripped off, stuck to the metal sheet. 3. After the printing is done, when remove the printing model, the model can not be scratched with sharp tools, only let it cooling, bent it then can remove easily.Package includes: 1x 265mm(Diameter) Round Steel Spring with sticked PEI 1xSticker Base with strong adhesive.

• Spring Steel Sheet: A must upgrade parts for your Flsn QQ-S Printer( if need platform for flsn Super Racer model, Please re-measure your build plate before ordering, not rely on build volume/printing size.
• PEI with high temp adhesive: Custom designed PEI materials to make your print easy to adhere to the printing surface, flexible, removable. After printing, use steel wool pads with detergent to clean the PEI sheet, will keep the PEI like new.
• PEI compatible with all most filament, include PLA/ Carbon PETG ABS/ TPU/ Wood etc. Kindly Tips: We have helped you stick PEI on the steel plate, so you no longer need to worry about the bubbles. Before using, please remove the protect film which stick on the PEI surface. so if you received package but found the air bubbles or Scratches, please don't worry, they are the surface layer, PEI will not be affected.
• Sticker Base: high temp-resistant with high temp adhesive, easy installation and easy to remove. You also can cut it for any size.
• Steel Spring Material: steel, thickness about 0.5mm, double side can be reused. After installing, how to auto-leveler: turn the metal part upside don so the uncoatd metal is facing up. Apprently the auto-leveler uses electric current to do it's thing. The PEI side is not so good..
