Condition: New in bag with tagging attached - BUT there's dark flakes in the bottom of the bag, perhaps from incorrect storage. I shook it out but some remained. Some residue on bottles as shown. Products look to be new - this is just a cosmetic issue with the plastic storage bag - but please purchase accordingly after reviewing all photos.
