The book has hardcover front and back covers, and it is bound with a plastic comb on the spine. The book is overall in Good condition with a few flaws. The worst flaw is page 123/124 is torn from the plastic comb on the bottom 3 rungs. The page pokes out a tiny bit because of it, but the rest of the page is tightly bound by the other rungs, so its not loose and wont fall out. The other flaw is most of the pages have some light page edge yellowing from age. There are also some very minor edge wear marks to the cover. All of these flaws are shown in the photos. This comes from a smoke free and pet free home and will be packaged and shipped with great care.
