This is a vintage and cute cut-and-sew top from Hysteric Glamour with a retro character all-over print.
I bought it in the 90s, so I think it's rare.
The cotton fabric has a gentle pink color like baby clothes, with a cute all-over print of pandas, hamburgers, french fries, etc.
I loved Hysteric's characters and collected them as a collection, and I kept them carefully after I stopped wearing them.

Front has snap buttons.
It's vintage, so it has a retro feel and signs of wear.
There are areas with the characteristic fuzziness of cotton.
The fabric is thin, soft, and delicate like gauze, so it stretches and sags.
There are no noticeable scratches or stains.
