I have a late production serial number Icom 2300h that I recently purchased from “another on line market place “
It arrived DOA
it’s a shame it looks new but it is completely dead and being SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY
NOT WORKING
I looked at it briefly and don’t see any noticeable issues or any previous issues
I called Icom support and was told it most probably is the logic board and not worth repairing
So if you want it for PARTS only might be good for you .. don’t expect an easy repair these new inexpensive radios are mostly non repairable … just want to honest
