For sale is a premium Japanese Deba knife, 180mm blade length, from the renowned Kikuhide (菊秀) line. This authentic single-bevel Deba, ideal for breaking down fish and poultry, was purchased directly from the brand's exclusive specialty store in Ginza, Tokyo.
