This is an L.E. Smith "Dominion" (also known as "Diamond Butt") swung vase in peacock or aqua blue glass. It features a scalloped top, a tall ribbed body, and a faceted "diamond butt" base.
The color is a vibrant blue, often referred to as "peacock blue" or "turquoise".
It's approximately 16.25 inches tall by 3.25 at its widest. There is a slight imperfection, but there are no chips, snake bite or hardwater stains. The sapphire blue does not come through on my pictures. The color is much more vibrant to the eye in person.
