All 3 phones charged up and turned on for me right away. I received these phones in a purchased storage locker so I make no guarantees of anything other than these phone work and turned on when charged.
I do not know if these phones are considered locked or unlocked for use with specific carriers? It is my understanding that they can be unlocked if they are.
Since I really don’t know much more about their details I will be selling them cheap!
Please see the close up pics from the back of the phones for model numbers and more details you can look up. This would be perfect phones for someone who deals in resale of phones or someone looking for a cheap cell phone to use.
The phone I’m the middle is the one I was able to get a pic of the IMEI. One of the other phones was locked with a PW and the last one I couldn’t get an IEMI off it. I don’t know cell phones, this is a sale for those who do!
