The Mora Chef's Knife has a 7" stainless blade about 1 5/8" wide and .070" thick at the base. The handle has a soft over mold for increased comfort and improved grip.
Frosts by Mora knives are perfect for the food industry and these chef's knives are exceptional. Made of recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, the blade is hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene which provides a rough, durable grip and excellent traction in wet or dry conditions.
