This is a 100 card, commander dimir (blue/black) Toxrill horror deck. This deck is an absolute blast to play. The deck effectively functions as a strong, blue/black control deck, with a ton of different ways to generate an enormous amount of value. First, the Deck features Toxrill as Commander with his incredibly powerful 1-sided board wipe and card draw abilities. The deck adds a number of cards that can accelerate Toxrill's board wipe with abilities such as proliferate, and also cards such as Mass Diminish and Polymorphist's Jest that will shrink all opponents' creatures to 1/1s, allowing Toxrill's counters to instantly kill all opponents' creatures.
