We begin with the top 1% of Arabica Beans, sourced from Central and South America. Since 2008, we have built upon New Orleans history as North Americas top coffee port, and our roasting process upholds these traditions. In the Faubourg Marigny district, we slow-roast all beans in small batches, and this brings out their complete, authentic flavor profile. For our Dark Roast Coffee, that is a rich, medium-acidity foundation with strong notes of roasted almonds. Unlike other dark roast coffees, we intentionally avoid any bitter aftertaste and, instead, deliver a heavy, invigorating syrupy body.
