The upper of the Nike Metcon 7 in a Black / White colorway features an upper of white breathable mesh with tonal synthetic overlays that provide structure and durability. The white laces are integrated with Flywire cables for midfoot support and locked down with a lace tab to keep them out of your way. Revamped black rubber arches up the midfoot to provide ultimate grip during rope climbing, and the handstand clip on the heel minimizes drag during wall exercises. The grooves in the forefoot of the black rubber outsole allow your foot to bend naturally.
