This is NWOT but still has the return prevention tag on. No major flaws or missing beads/sequins seen. Since it is heavily stitched through the dress, it is possible that I may have missed something like a loose thread or missing sequin/bead. Please note due to the delicate nature of sequined dresses, some may fall off during shipping. Nonsmoking home with one fur baby; no returns or cancellations.
