Amazingly there is still a button under the collar to cinch coat against the cold and wear the collar up, and the elastic for that button on the other side is still stretchy
Some minor bites in the fur collar shown in close-ups
Maybe missing one button /Maybe was double breasted. You could change buttons to jewels and use four.
Below the chest buttons there is a hook and eye to keep the wind out

Armpit to armpit across the back inside seems to be 23 inches. I tried it on I'm a 14.
I'm going to guess Size 8/10.
And go out on a limb to say the sleeves are 3/4 sleeves on 5'8" me
