Headphones are only compatible with factory original systems for the vehicles listed. Requires 1.5v AAA batteries (2 per headset). Headphones will not work with low-quality off-brand batteries not intended for high performance electronics. Please be sure the rear seat audio is sourced to the the right audio source and not muted. If the headphones do not work, please check your vehicle's owner manual for usage instructions of the entertainment system. The likely culperate is a setting (volume, source, etc) not the headphones as they are already programmed to work for your vehicle.
