Pokemon 2013 Takara Tomy Pikachu palm top talking figure. This figure was only sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, in December, 2013. It was made in very limited quantity and only sold for a very limited time. When you put the figure in the palm of your hand and turn the switch on, it laughs, talks or sings (there are two metal sensors on the bottom of the figure that when touched simultaneously makes the figure talk). When you place the figure on the talking paper coaster it also talks NOTE: The paper coaster is included in the package, so please be sure not to throw it away. If you lose it, aluminum foil will also work. It comes with 2
LR44 button type batteries.
