The Post Chinois is the second Chinese jacket in Post O'Alls' history. While it's called a Chinese jacket, it's not the Mao collar (stand-up collar) type worn in Chinese-speaking regions. Instead, it's inspired by the French Chinese style – the indigo-dyed workwear with a shirt collar worn by Chinese people living in French-speaking regions before the war. It fuses the essence of vintage French workwear, embodying Post O'Alls' signature "looks like it could have existed, or almost did" approach, this time with a multi-ethnic mood. Depending on the size chosen, it has a highly versatile fit that can be worn as an inner layer, mid-layer, or outer layer. It can be worn as a set, or by adding it to your outfit, it will become the focal point and inject an exotic spice, adding depth and enjoyment to your coordination. This indigo ikat fabric has a beautiful streak pattern that runs throughout, creating an elegant exoticism. The lightweight fabric, around 5 ounces, makes it suitable for all seasons, as an inner layer, mid-layer, or outer layer.
