This is a PAIR of VERY RARE NEW JAY STRONGWATER TIARA NAPKIN RING HOLDERS. GORGEOUS tiara adorns these MAGNIFICENT napkin ring holders. VERY RARE and RETIRED! These come from the St Petersburg or Pasha collection and are NO LONGER AVAILABLE! The napkin ring holders are done in a purple enamel with a scalloped pattern and accented with sparkle. Done in a gold metal and accented with Swarovski crystals. The napkin ring parts have the Jay Strongwater logo. These are BRAND NEW and have NEVER BEEN USED NOR DISPLAYED. Purchased and stored away.
