It’s just perfect for me except the fact that I learned I’m allergic to latex…which is supposed to be the most effective type of waist trainers…
So get this if u don’t have latex allergies. I got 2 perfect waist trainers but the other one was a size smaller for me…
This waist trainer has very nice support with steel bone and yet very comfortable. Plus it is lined with fabric with latex material not touching ur skin directly. But I wore it for a 11 hours straight and then started to feel the latex allergies causing allergic reactions on my skin a little…

Fits 24inches to 27inches waist. It cinched me down to a tiny waist after that 11 hours of wearing… I would keep it if I didn’t have latex allergies… also I liked that it fits well wrapping around the back below the armpit area.
