500 Oregon Lamination Premium brand Postal Card size 5 mil hot laminating pouches 3-9/16" x 5-5/16" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 3-5/16" x 5-1/16" (or less) to leave a standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. -Metric specs = 90mm x 135mm and 125 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps. TIPS: Industry standard specification for 5 mil laminating pouches is 5 mils on each flap for a total of 10 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three.
