New battery inserted for testing/functioning purposes. See pics and notice meter reading. A good functioning battery reads in the green all the way to the right of the meter reading when the sensitivity knob is turned to Bat. Look closely at the pic showing the back of the meter. A very thin piece of covering behind the metal case of the meter is broken. I assume it needs to be replaced. This is a 500 dollar device, pre-owned without repairs needed. Everything seems to be properly functioning, but needs that part replaced on back of meter. I am asking only 300 to allow for room of any repair buyer might need to make and the cost of any inconvenience. Thank you.
