- Horizontal and vertical mounting compatibility -The rotary table supports both horizontal and vertical orientation, offering flexibility for multi-axis machining. In vertical setup, the center height is approximately 50mm (2-1/16"), which fits well with compact bench-top mills or limited-space machine environments. This allows for operations such as slotting, indexing, and angled hole drilling.
- Worm gear with 10-minute graduated handwheel - The rotary table uses a 1:36 worm gear system, allowing 10° of table rotation per full handwheel turn. The handwheel is precision-graduated in 10-minute (1/6°) divisions and can be reset to zero. This supports accurate and repeatable angular positioning across the full 360° table scale, ideal for layout marking, drilling, or segment machining.
- Self-centering 3-jaw chuck with reversible jaws - The 100mm chuck features three jaws that move simultaneously to center workpieces quickly. Both internal and external jaws are included and can be reversed to accommodate various part sizes. The front-mount design allows easy installation onto the rotary table via a pre-drilled back plate and 70mm locating recess, supporting accurate chuck alignment.
