Vintage James Sadler Thameside Collection - Tower of London 'Best of British' 2-cup Teapot in box. Sadler produced fine earthenware teapots for over 100 years out of Stoke-on-Trent's ceramic district, England. The lidded teapot has details of the Tower of London and all the regalia including the Constable of the Tower, the Guardsman, the Chief Yeoman Warder, the Raven Master, the Honorable Artillery Company Officer and the Yeoman Warder on a glossy gilded porcelain. A stunning piece. A lovely piece for the tea devotee or collector.
Preowned teapot with no signs of usage in box. Box shows minor shelf wear - see picture. Production sticker and glue residue to bottom of teapot.
