This safety strap is used as a back up to prevent the loss of outboard motors and anchors. Stops your outboard sinking if it vibrates loose and falls off the bracket. Also used as a safety for stowed anchors-stops the anchor deploying by accident if the electric windless clutch fails. Made from marine grade stainless steel (316 ANSI graded). Suitable for salt water use. Twin stainless steel carabiner for easy attachment. 60cm Total Length. Plastic cable coating helps prevents rubbing and chaffing.
