This book is the 25th volume of an art collection featuring the major works of Salvador Dalí, the greatest eccentric of the 20th century.
Its most significant feature is that it is a special edition with an autograph and hand-drawn illustration by Dalí himself.
The frontispiece is inscribed with a dedication, "A Monsieur SHOZO SUZUKI," along with a unique line drawing featuring a shooting star and a figure, and Dalí's powerful signature.

This book was formerly kept in the study of Mr. Shozo Suzuki, a founding member of Shogakukan and the vice president of Shueisha.
Mr. Suzuki was acquainted with Dalí during his lifetime and received this presentation copy directly from him.
It is an extremely rare document that connects the history of Japanese publishing and art history.
