Boy Meets Maria has a negligible amount of shelf wear (tiny ding on the bottom edge of the front cover; see pictures). All volumes have a normal amount of yellowing for their age (very slight). These were stored on the bottom shelf of my bookshelf, where I put lavender oil to repel bugs. They don’t smell like lavender and were on the very top of the pile of books on that shelf (far away from the oil), but regardless, if you’re allergic to lavender oil, then I would recommend not purchasing just in case.
These were stored in a household that has semi-hypoallergenic dogs (1 is a chihuahua-maltese mix, the other is a poodle), but the dogs don’t go in the room where my bookshelf is. So even if you’re severely allergic to dogs like I am, you might be fine with these.
Boy Meets Maria and Anti-Romance volume 1 are both OUT OF STOCK / hard to find in good condition online, hence the price. I will consider offers, though.
